The Annual Champaign County Master Gardeners’ Garden Walk

The Annual Champaign County Master Gardeners' Garden Walk is a cherished summer tradition that showcases innovative garden designs and community spirit.

The 2025 event features six private home gardens and two public gardens throughout Champaign County.

The gardens are carefully curated to highlight unique themes and design styles, from traditional to modern and everything in between.

Designing for pollinators is a popular theme, with butterfly gardens and bee hotels on display.

Edible landscapes, including vegetable gardens and fruit trees, are also a highlight.

Unique hardscapes, such as water features and outdoor fireplaces, add to the garden's beauty.

Artistic plant combinations and productive gardens are just a few of the creative themes on display.

The Champaign-Urbana Pollinator Quest is a community science project that encourages residents to observe and record pollinators using the iNaturalist app.

Proceeds from ticket sales support the Champaign County Master Gardeners' community outreach and education efforts.

Tickets are priced at $10, with free admission for children ten and under, and can be purchased in advance online or at local nurseries.
