Full of Plants. Full of Fun! 24 hours at this mega garden is never enough

Introduction

If you’re looking for a new place to spend a day out taking pictures and enjoying nature, then this garden is perfect for you. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, with over 50 acres of park containing approximately a million plants from around the world, the New York Botanical Garden is truly one of my favorite places to visit. The park is open from 10 am to sunset all year long, seven days a week, so there’s never a time when it isn’t available for me to visit. The shopping area provides some snacks for purchase as well as souvenirs and gifts to remember your trip. Some special events happen on the grounds that make it much more fun to go during those times; check out their website for more information! Members of the garden get free admission to the park as well as invitations to members-only events and discounts on other events and at their gift shop. My favorite part of being there is all the beautiful photo opportunities you can enjoy while walking around—it’s truly something everyone should experience at least once in their lives!

The New York Botanical Garden is located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, with over 50 acres of park containing approximately a million plants from around the world. It’s one of America’s oldest and largest botanical gardens, so there’s plenty to see here!

The park was first founded in 1891 by renown scientist Nathaniel Lord Britton and his partner Elizabeth Cady Stanton, who then donated it to Columbia University after their death in 1919. Today it serves as an educational resource for both students and adults alike; visitors can participate in lectures about horticulture or simply stroll through its acres upon acres of trails.

The most interesting thing about this garden though is that it houses more than 20 different species from all over the world – including Madagascar (home to some very unusual insects) as well as Australia (where you’ll find some incredible native roses). The best time to visit would be during springtime because all these flowers would just be blooming!

This means that no matter what time of year or day you visit, you’ll be able to enjoy the botanical garden and see its many plants and flowers in bloom. The park also has special events throughout the year that are worth checking out. In fact, one of my favorite things about visiting this botanical garden is watching all the birds flying around in their habitats!

The shopping area provides some snacks for purchase as well as souvenirs and gifts to remember your trip.

When you’re ready to take a break from exploring, there’s a small shop where you can purchase snacks and drinks. There are also souvenirs for sale here—even if it’s just a sticker or magnet, it’ll be something to remember your trip by.

The staff at the gift shop are very helpful in providing information about the garden if you need it. They can tell you about current events such as upcoming festivals and special events like concerts that will be held at this beautiful place.

There are members-only events that you can attend if you become a member, as well as discounts available for members. You also have access to a gift shop with items like keychains and other souvenirs at reasonable prices!

Membership costs $100 per year and can be renewed at any time.

You may join the garden at any time, but if you want to use those benefits right away, it’s best to sign up by June 30th so that you’ll get this year’s discount on your membership fee (and it still won’t expire until next June).

My favorite part of being there is all the beautiful photo opportunities you can enjoy while walking around. You can take pictures anywhere, but I recommend going on a self-guided or guided tour because they will show you the best spots. The garden is open all year round, so if you are visiting Thailand during winter, spring, summer or autumn it would be an amazing experience to visit this botanical park!

There’s so many things to see and do at Suan Luang Rama 9 Garden that even after 24 hours there we didn’t have time to see everything! My advice is to plan your trip well in advance so that you don’t miss out on any fun activities such as playing with parrots or feeding giraffes (my favorite activity). If this isn’t enough for you then maybe try yourself at painting plants with watercolors? Or take a ride through one of their old trains? You could even check out some interesting art exhibits while waiting for your friends who went inside some buildings full of plants..

If you’re looking for a new place to spend a day out taking pictures and enjoying nature, then this garden is perfect for you! The Botanical Garden is connected to the local university and has beautiful landscaping with lots of space for people to roam around and enjoy the plants. It’s also got plenty of flowers in bloom during springtime that make it look even more stunning.

If you’re interested in photography, then this garden will be an excellent spot since there are many photogenic spots within its grounds: from ponds full of lily pads where bright orange koi fish swim around; to lush green grassy areas surrounded by flowers, trees and shrubbery; not only does it have great scenery all over but also plenty of room for activities such as jogging or just relaxing on benches while enjoying nature.

If you love plants (or even if you don’t) then coming here would be fun because there’s so much diversity among all different kinds: some are tall while others are short; some have large leaves while others have small ones; some smell nice while others don’t smell at all–there’s something different about everything!

Conclusion

There are so many reasons I love this botanical garden, and I think it is my favorite place to visit when I need some time away from the city. The plants are beautiful and well-maintained, the grounds are peaceful and relaxing, and there are plenty of places to take great photos or just enjoy a book while sitting outside surrounded by nature. If you want an escape from the hustle and bustle of New York City life then this is the place for you!
