The Polson Beautification Committee of the Greater Polson Foundation, comprised of four dedicated gardeners, embarked on a quest to identify the most beautiful gardens in the Polson area. Their journey took them through the bustling streets of Polson, where they meticulously assessed the gardens, considering factors such as color, texture, and overall aesthetic appeal. The committee’s search was not limited to a single type of garden.

The downtown area is also known for its unique bump-outs, which are wider sidewalks that allow for more pedestrian space and encourage interaction between people. These bump-outs are designed to create a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The downtown area is further enhanced by its business landscaping, which includes a variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers. This landscaping not only adds to the visual appeal of the downtown area but also provides environmental benefits such as shade, windbreaks, and air purification.
