Compost is the best way to keep your lawn healthy and green in the heat of the summer. It’s also a great way to make sure your lawn stays that way. If you’re looking for a solution that won’t break your budget, compost is an excellent option!

Compost is made from garden waste, like leaves and grass clippings. After being mixed together with water and other nutrients, it can then be added to soil as fertilizer—this stimulates plant growth while keeping weeds under control by blocking light needed for germination.

Conclusion

It’s important to remember that compost is not just for lawns and gardens. Compost can be used as a soil amendment anywhere you want to add organic matter and improve the nutrient content of the soil. It is great for your trees, shrubs, flower beds, house plants, or any other plant you have in your yard. If you don’t have immediate use for it but still want to come collect it while supplies last, feel free to put it in a pile somewhere on your property. The microbes will break down the pile into usable nutrients within a few months and then you can spread it around as needed in your garden or yard!
